The short version: we don't store your conversations. SayLess is designed to analyse and forget.
When you ask for an analysis, the conversation text and/or screenshots you provide are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which forwards them to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the coaching response. We do not save your conversations, screenshots, or the generated advice on our servers — they are processed in memory and discarded. Your results exist only in your own browser.
Anthropic processes the content as a data processor to generate the response; per their API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track or profile individual visitors. We see aggregate numbers (visits, pages, countries) — not who you are.
Premium subscriptions are sold by our merchant of record, Creem, who handle checkout, billing, and VAT. Your card details go to them, never to us. Their terms and privacy information: creem.io/buyer-terms.
Conversations you paste usually include messages written by someone else. You're responsible for using SayLess respectfully; we deliberately store none of it, and we ask you to be a decent human to your matches.
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, correction, and erasure. Since we hold almost nothing about you, there's usually nothing to erase — but for any request or question, contact us and we'll respond promptly.
